SiAGRI has a new online application feature

Digidelta Software and the Regional Directorate for Rural Development of the Autonomous Region of the Azores developed a new application procedure for POSEI and PRORURAL+. The new feature allowed the reopening of applications, preventing farmers from going to official services. The SiAGRI system now allows the online collection of forms for payment applications.

In order to remotely authenticate the forms, an electronic tool was developed on the Beneficiary's Portal, which allows the farmer to consult the draft application in PDF format and submit the request online, using the user´s password.

This new functionality allowed the Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Forestry, through the Regional Directorate for Rural Development, to reopen the process of applications for POSEI and PRORURAL+, which were suspended until March 31 due to COVID-19.
