In 2007, as a result of its sustained growth, Digidelta Software- Analysis and Programming, Ltd, ventures on a new image.
In February 2007, the certification process for ISO 9OO1-2000 was initiated.
In December 2006, Digidelta was chosen to develop SIAGRI (Agricultural Information System of the Acores) which consists of a centralized information system, implemented as a Web application and accessible from any point of the globe connected to Internet. This application allows the SDA’s (Agrarian Development Services) to collect the candidatures for the POSEI (regulation (CE) #247/2006, which establishes specific measures in the agricultural domain in favour of the ultraperipherical regions of the European Union). It also enables the competent entities to manage, accompany and control the processes with complete transparency and celerity. Digidelta Software is supported by the PRIME of the Ministry of Economy and Innovations, approved by SIED- Incentives System for the Digital Economy project and SIME International- Incentives System for the Enterprise Modernization project.In July 2006, we were invited by the Ministry of Agriculture to be part of a Mission of Portuguese Technology and Information Enterprises to Mozambique, organised by ICEP, where we presented PISA to the technical team of the National Veterinary Authority of Mozambique.In May 2006, we were invited by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Angola to present PISA to the technical team of the Veterinary Services of Angola.
At the end of 2004,we began producing the new PISA.NET version developed with the latest and most advanced tools by Microsoft and its partners, PISA.NET as a client/Server or Web application with access to a central national database.
In 2003, the reconstruction of the company results in Digidelta Software- Analysis and Programming, Ld, substituting the previous Digidelta Leiria.
In 1998 we began developing the new PISA version in Windows environment, PISAWin’s, substituting the MS-DOS version by the end of 1999.
In 1994, we moved our main office to Rua Lino Antonio, lt. 44 r7c, Cruz D’Areia in Leiria, Portugal where it is still situated at present.
In 1992 Digidelta Leiria Analysis and Programming was set up with its main office in Rua Tomar lt. 1 C in Leiria, Portugal. Its main activities were to assure PISA, a national project, develop software and commercialize services and equipment.
We started our activity in 1989 as a branch of the head office Digidelta Computer Services and Equipment, ld presently Digidelta International, Import and Export, S.A.
